Plexus impressed me from the very beginning. After reviewing the websites for many recruitment agencies, I sent out requests for information from those I liked. "Plexus Recruitment" seemed to be very promising - was my first impression when I found their homepage by internet search. I have had contact to several Australian recruitment companies as well as a European based company. The latter was charging a huge amount of money for a successful job placement. None was as friendly, engaged and helpful as "Plexus Recruitment". Since my first email in February 2007 I've been in constant contact with the people over there.

In detail, at first I have had much contact to Dr. Berthold Weitkamp, medical director at Plexus, being a German doctor himself who made his was way to Australia via UK. It was him who tried his best to explain me with an outstanding patience, competence and optimism the specials issues of working in Australia as medical doctor. We have had uncountable phone, email or even Skype contacts. He even offered me "training conversations" via Skype during my IELTS preparations and was always reassuring and very optimistic regarding my English skills, when I failed to pass the test with the required minimum band score in English conversation.

"Plexus Recruitment" was the first company which helped me successfully to apply for  a high ranking job and was thoroughly preparing my application forms and the translations of the required documents - even some of my translations were prepaid in order to expedite things. We agreed that Australian translation services would suit our purposes best.

After being shortlisted and invited to Sydney for an official interview at Westmead Hospital, Berti even came over from Melbourne for a short visit prior to my interview to see if everything worked out well. Later we met in Munich, Germany where he attended a congress for Anaesthesiology. There I had the opportunity give him a bunch of documents for NAATI translations, in order to simplify things.

Now people at Plexus are helping me through the problematic course of recognition process. All my documents were checked and then sent to AMC. And here, above all, I would like to thank Gillian Emond, managing director, for her proficiency and patience with all the issues concerning documents and procedures.

Lastly Barbara Kelly consultant at Plexus pre-formulated the Visa application in order to make it easier for me to go through the electronic application.

Let me put it this way, I never encountered such an outstanding and friendly engagement. These people invest an unbelievable amount of time in "bringing me over".
